A year after we moved, my ex went to Maine to spend time with relatives and never returned, so I have the whole place to myself now. I was worried about being able to keep up with the rent, but the apartment is reasonably priced for my area and the increases haven't been extreme. And finally, the plumbing is problematic in that the toilet consistently gets clogged and needs to be plunged on almost a daily basis. But the location in Midtown Sacramento is great if you enjoy walking around town as I do.

I had to wait abkut three weeks of checking a few times a day to find an open one. Finally but in my laundry around 7 or so I put it in the drier. Came back to get my things, they were wet and stolen. A fee got together and set up their own security cameras, got a picture of the woman, and posted their own warnings signs everywhere, they still did nothing.
